Returns & Exchanges
To request a return or exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org first before returning your order.
Only full priced items may be exchanged or returned. All sale items are final. Promo code sales are eligible for exchange only.
Exchanges or returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging.
Please use a trackable shipping service, and we will notify you when we receive it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied within 5 days.
We offer a 10% discount for signing up to our Newsletter for information about subscriber only sales, events, new product launches and more. Once you sign up, an email is automatically sent to your inbox with the discount code - be sure to check your spam folder for emails that go astray. Please note, the 10% discount can only be applied toward full-priced items and excludes styles and colors that are already on Sale.
We are happy to repair items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at email@example.com if an issue arises.
