Returns & Exchanges
To request a return or exchange, please email email@example.com first before returning your order.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged or returned. All sale items are final. Promo code sales are eligible for exchange only.
Exchanges or returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Please use a trackable shipping service, and we will notify you when we receive it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied within 5 days.
We are happy to repair items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org if an issue arises.
