SHIPPING

Are Studio is a small operation and it may take up to three days for orders to be processed.  We will do our best to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner.  All customers receive a shipping notification with tracking information, once the order has been processed.  We process and ship orders Monday-Friday.

All US purchases are shipped via USPS Priority mail and usually take 2-4 days for delivery.

International purchases are shipped either through USPS or DHL, depending on the shipping options available.  Please allow extra time for your orders to pass through customs. Are Studio is not responsible for any import duties or taxes which may apply, or for any consequent delays that these may create.  If your package has arrived in the destination country and you have not received it, we suggest you contact your local postal service or customs office for further information.

If you choose to decline receipt of your package, you will be responsible for any additional shipping, taxes, duties and/or custom charges incurred for the return.

Are Studio is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

EXCHANGES + RETURNS

Only regular priced items may be exchanged or returned.  All sale items are final, including promo code sales.

Exchanges or returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.  Please use a trackable shipping service, and we will notify you when we receive it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will  notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied within 5 days.

REPAIRS

We are happy to repair items if they are defective or damaged.  Please send us an email at info@are-studio.com if an issue arises.
